3. Who We Are

I am Atlas Clara, a relocation research service currently in its launch phase and in the process of registering as a Dutch sole proprietorship (Eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands. For data protection purposes, I act as the Data Controller for all personal data processed through this website.

My website is built on the Squarespace platform, hosted by Squarespace Inc. (United States). Squarespace may place certain essential and functional cookies necessary for website operation, security, and performance.

These cookies are essential for my website to function correctly. They do not require your consent under Dutch law and cannot be switched off.

At the current time, Atlas Clara does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking or advertising cookies. We do use Squarespace's built-in analytics, which collects anonymised, aggregated data about how visitors use the website (such as pages visited and traffic sources). This data does not identify you personally.

Squarespace may collect limited analytics or performance-related information to help understand general website traffic and website performance.

This may include anonymous visitor activity, page visits, device/browser type and general traffic insights. This information helps me improve how the website works.

These cookies require your consent before being placed on your device.

At present, I use Squarespace's built-in visitor analytics only. I do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics tool at this time for advertising or behavioural profiling tools.

I do not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies. I do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any other advertising tracking technology at this time.

My website contains links to my Atlas Clara Facebook page and Instagram profile. Clicking these links will take you to those platforms, which have their own cookie policies and privacy practices. I do not embed social media feeds or plugins directly on my website at this time, so no social media cookies are placed by simply visiting my website.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Transfers

My website contains links to Atlas Clara social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. Clicking these links will take you to third-party platforms operated by Meta. Once you leave Atlas Clara website, this Cookie Policy no longer applies. I encourage you to review the cookie and privacy policies of any third-party platforms you visit. Atlas Clara is not responsible for third-party platform practices.

My website is hosted by Squarespace Inc., based in the United States. When you visit this website your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Squarespace. Squarespace participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place, which provides appropriate safeguards for data transfers from the European Economic Area.

6. Contact Forms

When you submit an enquiry through the contact form on my website, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, relocation inquiry details and message) is transmitted to Atlas Clara via Squarespace's form processing service and delivered to our inbox connected to Google Workspace/Gmail.

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for full details of how your personal data is handled.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Under Dutch law (Telecommunicatiewet) and the GDPR/AVG, you have the following rights regarding cookies and the data they collect:

• Right to consent and withdraw consent. You may accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner when you first visit the website. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the website, which will trigger the consent banner again.
